Perception of Reality
The war between Ukraine and Russia will sooner or later come to an end. However, it is important not to deceive the public into thinking that life will return to the pre-war state. Russia will not disappear, and therefore, the confrontation in one form or another will remain with us. We must acknowledge this harsh reality and learn to live with it.

Our strength lies in accepting challenges and overcoming them daily, not in giving up on the chance for life and a future because of it. Ukraine's priority is to create conditions that will foster a change of power in Russia.

In the Kremlin, there must emerge those who can condemn the war against Ukraine as a tool of confrontation with the West and be ready for constructive dialogue.

Every war ends with negotiations. Therefore, Ukraine, together with its partners, must focus on strengthening its positions to secure the most favorable conditions.
01.
Not Waiting for the "Post-War" Period
Politicians often speak about the "post-war" period and shift most problems onto that time. However, there are two nuances:

Not all challenges are created by the war — some have always existed.

The challenges created by the war are already poisoning our lives today, and they cannot be ignored until the war ends. They must be confronted here and now, or at least the process must begin, so that the "post-war" period does not become worse than the active phase of the war.
02.
Renewal of Political Elites
Political and social institutions must become the backbone of the state and a guarantee of normal life, both within the system and in society.

Politicians of the past, who have discredited themselves, must step aside.
There must be a growing demand in society for value-oriented political forces and responsible expression of will. The reboot of political institutions, especially the parliament, is a key task.

The democratic system must remain the foundation of the state, and the balance between the different branches of government must be restored.
03.
Economic and Social Recovery
The Ukrainian economy has been severely affected by the war. Its recovery requires time, resources, and decisive actions.

The priority should be the national industry, its support, and modernization. New jobs with decent working conditions must be created. Small and medium-sized businesses should be actively supported through accessible loans, tax benefits, and development programs.

It is important to implement measures to protect the most vulnerable groups: veterans, educators, youth, pensioners, and workers. This includes social programs, access to rehabilitation services, as well as creating conditions for professional development and training.

The implementation of a comprehensive economic recovery plan will ensure its stability in the medium term and create conditions for sustainable development.
04.
Ukraine as Part of the World
Ukraine must find its place in the global world as a confident and reliable partner.
European and Euro-Atlantic integration should be assessed realistically, with an understanding of the interests of other countries, and should also become a tool for ensuring national interests. Loud slogans, treated as fetishes without real actions aimed at combating corruption, upholding the rule of law, and social justice, must be left in the past.

Foreign policy requires radical renewal: modernization of approaches and personnel changes. It is necessary to build predictable and mutually beneficial relationships with neighboring countries.

Deepening cooperation with international partners should be based on real interests, not just dreams.
